Re-Opening On May 17th
We are delighted our restaurants, bars and cafes will finally be allowed to fully reopen from May 17.
Along with other industry organisations we had been lobbying the government for earlier reopening but, unfortunately, they were not prepared to bring the date forward.
We know it has been a terrible time for the hospitality industry, so we want to work with you to help you bounce back and attract more customers now that restrictions are finally easing.
We have some big events coming up, so expect footfall to gradually increase during the summer with lots of Staycation visitors coming in from their holiday bases in Devon and Cornwall.

Primary Guidance For Restaurants, Pubs, Bars And Takeaways Updated
The working safely during Coronavirus guidance for restaurants and pubs has been updated ahead of Step 3 on 17th May when customers can be served inside.
- Customers will have to be seated and have table service in premises licensed to sell alcohol
- Customers will be allowed to be served in groups of 6 people or 2 households of any size indoors, or in groups of up to 30 people outdoors.
